DOBRO has contributed as many as ten whole prosciuttos to the prize pool, renowned for their exceptional taste. This prosciutto is made exclusively from fresh pork sourced from pigs raised on DOBRO’s own farms in Slavonia, with just a touch of Adriatic sea salt. Its unique flavour develops through an ageing process lasting an impressive 400 days. The result is a prosciutto with a rosy colour, a mild and juicy taste, a delicate, tender texture, and high nutritional value. DOBRO Prosciutto is gluten- and soy-free, contains no preservatives, and is produced without smoking.
