Article 1. ORGANIZER: The prize contest is prepared and organized by: Montana plus d.o.o., Planinska ulica 15, HR-10 000 Zagreb, OIB (Personal Identification Number): 27348336205
Article 2. DURATION, PURPOSE AND LOCATION OF THE CONTEST: The prize contest is conducted for the purpose of promoting the Organizer. The contest runs from 07.09.2026 to 09.09.2026 at 4:00 PM, and applies to the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Article 3. PROMOTIONAL AREA: The contest rules will be available on the Organizer's website (www.montanaplus.com).
Article 4. PRIZE FUND DETERMINED BY THE ORGANIZER: The prize fund consists of one cocktail cooler filled with Montanica sweet sandwiches (12 pieces) and three Lino Lada spreads, one of each type — duo, milk, and coconut.
The prize cannot be exchanged for money, other goods, or another service.
Article 5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE: All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia who are registered on the social network Instagram (link: https://www.instagram.com/) are entitled to participate in the prize contest, except for members of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, sisters and brothers).
Article 6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST: To participate in the prize contest, it is necessary to:
1. Follow the @montanasandwiches and @lino.hrvatska Instagram profiles
2. Like the contest post
3. In the comments, creatively answer the question — Is it a cake or a sweet sandwich? And answer who you would most like to share this delicious gift content with.
Article 7. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winners of the prizes will be selected by a jury that will choose the most creative answers. The winners will be announced on 09.09.2026 after 4:00 PM.
Article 8. HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE: The winners of the prizes will be notified via the official Instagram page (announced in the comments of the contest post) and the prize will be delivered to their home address.
Article 9. PARTICIPANTS IN THE CONTEST: Participants in the prize contest may not request a prize other than the one specified in these Rules by the Organizer. By participating in this prize contest, participants accept these Rules.
Article 10. PUBLICITY: By participating in this prize contest, participants agree that, if they become prize winners, their name and profile picture may be published and used by the Organizer without compensation.
Article 11. MINOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE GAME: Minors have the right to participate in the prize game in accordance with the law.
Article 12. TAXES: The winner does not bear any taxes, obligations, or fees directly related to the prizes.
Article 13. IN CASE OF DISPUTE: In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and a participant of the prize contest, the Municipal Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
Article 14. POSSIBILITY OF DISCONTINUING THE CONTEST: The prize contest may be discontinued only in the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, i.e. which it could not prevent, remove, or avoid. Participants will be notified of the discontinuation of the contest via the official Instagram page.
Article 15. AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES: The Organizer reserves the right to change the contest rules.
Article 16. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: For the purposes of participation in the prize contest, the Organizer processes the personal data submitted by the persons participating in the contest. Processing of personal data is necessary for access to this prize contest, specifically the processing of the following data: Instagram profile name, i.e. first and last name, and, in the case of winning a prize, in addition to first and last name, also the delivery address for the prize. The Organizer guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. The Organizer will process the specified personal data exclusively for the purposes of conducting this prize contest (selection of winners, notification about prizes, and prize collection). Upon completion of the prize contest and after the announcement of the winners, participants' data is deleted, while winners' data is kept in the database for the following year due to restrictions on participation in other contests during that period, after which it is also deleted. The collected data will not be used for any purposes other than those stated. The Organizer will not forward participants' personal data to third parties, except where necessary for conducting the prize contest or where it is obliged to submit such data in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 17. NOTE: This prize contest is organized, promoted, and sponsored by the Organizer, and not by Instagram. Instagram (Meta), as an independent data controller, also processes your data (under the terms you accepted during registration on the social network), but the Organizer has no influence over such data processing. In relation to the Organizer, you provide your data exclusively to Montana Plus d.o.o. for the purposes of participating in this prize contest. Submission of data for this prize contest is voluntary. Winners will be announced via the Organizer's Instagram page, to which participants have agreed by taking part in the prize contest. If a participant believes that the processing of the database is contrary to the protection of their privacy or contrary to the law, they may contact the Organizer or the Personal Data Protection Agency and request an explanation.
