Rules of the Montana & Slim&Fit Prize Competition

Article 1. ORGANIZER: The prize competition is arranged and organized by: Montana plus d.o.o., Planinska ulica 15, HR-10 000 Zagreb, PIN (OIB): 27348336205.
Article 2. DURATION, PURPOSE, AND VENUE OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION: The prize competition is conducted for the purpose of promoting the Organizer. The prize competition runs from October 29, 2026, until November 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM, and applies to the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Article 3. AREA OF PROMOTION: The rules of the prize competition will be available on the Organizer's website (www.montanaplus.com).
Article 4. PRIZE POOL DETERMINED BY THE ORGANIZER: The prize pool consists of one cocktail refrigerator filled with ten Montana+ Slim&Fit sandwiches and ten trays of Slim&Fit Smoked Turkey Ham. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods, or another service.
Article 5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE: All natural persons with a residence in the Republic of Croatia who are registered on the social network Instagram (link: https://www.instagram.com/) have the right to participate in the prize competition, with the exception of the Organizer's employees, as well as members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, sisters, and brothers).
Article 6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION: To participate in the prize competition, it is necessary to:

• Follow the @montanasandwiches and @slimfit.hr Instagram profiles.
  
• Like the prize competition post.
  
• Answer the question creatively in a comment – If you are slim, who is your fit? Tell us with whom you gladly share a Slim&Fit sandwich!
  

Article 7. SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winners of the prizes will be selected by a jury that will choose the most creative answers. The winners will be announced on November 4, 2026, after 4:00 PM.
Article 8. HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE: The prize winners will be notified on the official Instagram page (announced in a comment on the prize post) and the prize will be delivered to their home address.
Article 9. PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION: Participants who take part in the prize competition cannot demand a prize other than the one specified in these Rules from the Organizer. By participating in this prize competition, participants accept these Rules.
Article 10. PUBLICITY: By participating in this prize competition, participants agree that if they become prize winners, their name and profile picture may be published and used by the Organizer free of charge.
Article 11. MINOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION: Minors have the right to participate in the prize competition in accordance with the law.
Article 12. TAXES: The winner does not bear any taxes, obligations, or fees directly related to the prizes.
Article 13. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE: In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and a participant of the prize competition, the Municipal Court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
Article 14. POSSIBILITY OF CANCELLATION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION: The prize competition may be terminated only in the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, i.e., which the Organizer could not prevent, eliminate, or avoid. Participants will be notified of the termination of the prize competition via the official Instagram page.
Article 15. AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES: The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the competition.
Article 16. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION: For the purposes of participating in the prize competition, the Organizer processes the submitted personal data of the persons participating in the competition. The processing of personal data is necessary to access this prize competition, specifically the processing of the following data: Instagram profile name or first and last name and, in the event of winning a prize, along with the first and last name, the address for prize delivery. The Organizer guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. The Organizer will process the aforementioned personal data exclusively for the purposes of implementing this prize competition (selection of winners, notification of prizes, and collection of the prize). Upon the completion of the prize competition and after the announcement of the winners, participants' data is deleted, and the winners' data is kept in the database for the next year due to restrictions on participation in other competitions during that period, after which it is also deleted. The collected data will not be used for any purposes other than those stated. The Organizer will not forward participants' personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary for the implementation of the prize competition or the Organizer is obliged to provide such data in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 17. NOTE: This prize competition is organized, promoted, and sponsored by the Organizer, not by Instagram. Instagram (Meta), as an independent data controller, also processes your data (under the terms you accepted during registration on the social network), but the Organizer has no influence on such data processing. In relation to the Organizer, you provide your data exclusively to Montana Plus d.o.o. for the purpose of participating in this prize competition. Submitting data for this prize competition is voluntary. Winners will be announced via the Organizer's Instagram page, to which they agreed by participating in the prize competition. If a participant considers that the database processing is contrary to the protection of their privacy or contrary to the law, they may contact the Organizer or the Personal Data Protection Agency and request an explanation.
