Article 1. ORGANIZER: The prize competition is organized and run by: Montana plus d.o.o., Planinska ulica 15, HR-10 000 Zagreb, OIB (Personal Identification Number): 27348336205
Article 2. DURATION, PURPOSE AND LOCATION OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION: The prize competition is held to promote the Organizer. It runs from 28 September 2026 until 2 October 2026 at 4:00 PM and covers the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Article 3. PROMOTION AREA: The rules of the prize competition will be available on the Organizer's website (www.montanaplus.com).
Article 4. PRIZE FUND DETERMINED BY THE ORGANIZER: The prize fund consists of one cocktail cooler filled with Montana+ Poli sandwiches (10 pieces) and five Poli Cheese sausages.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or other services.
Article 5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE: All natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia who are registered on the social network Instagram (link: https://www.instagram.com/) are eligible to participate, except members of the Organizer and members of their immediate families (parents, spouse, children, sisters and brothers).
Article 6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION: To participate in the prize competition, you need to:
- Follow the @montanasandwiches and @ludizapoli_hr Instagram profiles
- Like the prize competition post
- Creatively answer the following question in a comment: Which Poli is in the Montana+ sandwich, and who do you like to eat it with?
Article 7. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected by a jury that will choose the most creative answers. Winners will be announced on 2 October 2026 after 4:00 PM.
Article 8. HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE: Winners will be notified on the official Instagram page (announced in a comment on the prize competition post), and the prize will be delivered to their home address.
Article 9. PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE COMPETITION: Participants may not claim a prize other than the one specified by the Organizer in these Rules. By participating in this prize competition, participants accept these Rules.
Article 10. PUBLICITY: By participating in this prize competition, participants agree that, should they become prize winners, their name and profile picture may be published and used by the Organizer without compensation.
Article 11. MINOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE GAME: Minors have the right to participate in the prize game in accordance with the law.
Article 12. TAXES: The winner bears no taxes, obligations or fees directly related to the prizes.
Article 13. IN CASE OF DISPUTE: In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and a participant, the Municipal Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
Article 14. POSSIBILITY OF TERMINATING THE PRIZE COMPETITION: The prize competition may be terminated only in the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, i.e. which it could not prevent, remedy or avoid. Participants will be notified of the termination via the official Instagram page.
Article 15. CHANGES TO THE RULES: The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the competition.
Article 16. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION: For the purposes of participation in the prize competition, the Organizer processes the personal data submitted by participants. Processing of personal data is necessary to access this prize competition, specifically the processing of the following data: Instagram profile name, i.e. first and last name, and, in the case of winning a prize, first and last name together with the delivery address for the prize. The Organizer guarantees the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. The Organizer will process this personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting this prize competition (selecting winners, notifying them of prizes and delivering prizes). After the prize competition ends and the winners are announced, participants' data will be deleted, while winners' data will be kept in the database for the following year in order to restrict participation in other competitions during that period, after which it will also be deleted. The collected data will not be used for any purposes other than those stated. The Organizer will not forward participants' personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary for conducting the prize competition or the Organizer is obliged to provide such data under applicable regulations.
Article 17. NOTE: This prize competition is organized, promoted and sponsored by the Organizer, not by Instagram. Instagram (Meta), as an independent data controller, also processes your data (under the terms you accepted when registering on the social network), but the Organizer has no influence over such processing. With respect to the Organizer, you provide your data exclusively to Montana Plus d.o.o. for the purpose of participating in this prize competition. Submitting data for this prize competition is voluntary. Winners will be announced via the Organizer's Instagram page, to which participants have consented by taking part in the prize competition. If a participant believes that the processing of the database is contrary to the protection of their privacy or contrary to the law, they may contact the Organizer or the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) and request an explanation.
